Belron New Zealand (Smith&Smith, Laser and Exceed) in Auckland is seeking a Trade Services Project & Operations Manager to onboard and deliver products, services and projects into the business support team. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure we are delivering a scalable and profitable proposition.You will lead a team who manage the day-to-day customer & member/Franchise owner interactions, supporting them to ensure we deliver best-in-class service that consistently meets and exceeds expectations.An important element of the role is driving our ‘back office’ supplier strategy, enabling members and franchise owners to leverage our scale for high-quality operational support.
