Job summary

Belron New Zealand is seeking a Customer Projects Support to provide essential coordination for Laser Group Services projects, handling scheduling, invoicing, and reporting to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with customers, members, and stakeholders, maintain detailed records, and build strong relationships while upholding health, safety, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Coordinate projects from quote request to completion and invoicing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administration.
• Experience with project related invoicing and reporting is desirable but can be taught.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from quote request to completion and invoicing, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Manage scheduling, invoicing, purchase orders, and project administration.
• Be the go-to contact for project jobs for customers and Laser Members.
• Track progress, maintain records, and prepare status reports.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and support project success.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met.
