What you will be doing

• Managing customer enquiries (phone, web, walk-in) and guiding transactions from start to finish
• Developing and delivering technical quotes and estimates in a timely, professional manner
• Growing revenues by identifying new business opportunities and maximising customer relationships
• Coordinating equipment despatch, collection, and inventory management with accuracy
• Applying technical expertise to recommend the best solutions for customer applications
• Supporting the sales team with lead generation and customer relationship building

What we are looking for

• Excellent customer service and telephone sales skills with strong attention to detail
• Technical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems, or a genuine interest in learning
• Problem-solving attitude with practical, hands-on thinking
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and ability to work with CRM systems
• Strong communication and organisational skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with sales, quoting, and understanding pricing and margins a plus
