Job summary

Noel Leeming Northlink store, part of The Warehouse Group, seeks a tech‑savvy customer service specialist to help customers, demonstrate products, and guide delivery and setup. You will work Wednesday to Saturday, 8:30am–5:30pm, 42 hours per week, providing friendly service and problem solving.

You’ll engage customers, support solutions, and help with installations in-store, homes or workplaces, driving great outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, installation, or customer service.
• Ability to set up and install technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer support skills; adapt technical language to customers.
• Willingness to continue developing career through onsite training and accreditations.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end service: product demonstrations, support and advice, delivery, installation and setup.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable technology solutions and ensure a smooth in-store experience.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and troubleshoot issues to resolve quickly.

Our Noel Leeming Services team are changing the customer experience game by providing a full end to end service. We rely heavily on our services team to ensure that customers are getting the right solutions through live demonstrations, support and advice, right through to the delivery, installation and setup of solutions in stores, homes and workplaces.

This opportunity would suit someone who loves technology, is customer focused and is driven to improve the whole experience. Your excellent communications skills coupled with your ability to trouble shoot problems is critical. Equally important is your proactive ‘get it done’ attitude and work ethic.

This position will be based in our Noel Leeming Northlink store, working Wednesday – Saturday 8:30am – 5:30pm, 42 hours per week.

Qualifications

What is your key to success?

• Experience & passion in one or more of the following areas: sales, installation, or customer service
• Confidence to set up and install technology
• Superior interpersonal and customer support skills, with the ability to adjust technical language to suit the customer
• Driven, and confident in trouble shooting problems.

Willingness to continue developing your career through onsite training and accreditations
