Managing incoming sales enquiries across New Zealand and Australia, following up opportunities and developing new business
Building strong, long-term relationships with existing customers by understanding customer requirements and recommending fit-for-purpose equipment and solutions
Discussing technical requirements including equipment specifications, pumps, flow rates and system capability
Preparing and communicating product, solution and pricing information
Staying involved after the sale, ensuring customers are supported and identifying further opportunities
Working closely with the CEO and wider team on more complex customer requirements
Travelling within New Zealand and Australia when required, typically around one week in every eight.
We're not looking for someone from one specific industry, and you don't need previous experience with vehicle wash systems. What matters is that you've worked in a mechanical, engineering, agricultural machinery or similar technical environment and can comfortably talk to customers about equipment and practical solutions and possess excellent people skills.
You could currently be in technical sales or account management, or you may have developed strong commercial and customer skills from a more hands-on technical background.
You'll bring:
Sales, account management or strong customer-facing experience
Good mechanical and technical aptitude
The ability to understand equipment and translate technical information into practical customer solutions
Commercial awareness and the confidence to identify opportunities
Strong communication, organisation and follow-through
A proactive approach and the ability to think on your feet
A full driver's license and ability to travel within New Zealand and Australia

$80,000-$120,000 base salary + bonus/co shareholding (for the right person) + co. vehicle
