Bapcor New Zealand is seeking a Territory Sales Specialist in our Trade division to drive relationships and growth on the frontline. You will hunt new business, deepen key account relationships, and leverage industry data and our brands to win opportunities in a fast‑moving market.

You’ll work closely with branches, category managers, and key accounts to deliver big wins. Bring a proven B2B or trade sales background and a proactive, confident negotiating style.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B or trade sales.
• Several years experience in a sales role.
• Confidence with CRM, customer profiling, and strategic territory management.
• Strong written/oral communication and influencing skills.
• A hunter mindset: persistent, resilient, proactive.
• Experience in a competitive trade-related industry.
• Key account growth or trade network relationship skills.
