Job summary

Bapcor New Zealand is seeking a Trade Territory Representative to drive growth in Palmerston North. You will hunt new business, deepen key customer relationships, and use market intel to outperform competitors while leveraging the BNT, Autolign, HCB, JAS brands to deliver customer value.

Ideal candidates bring a proven B2B or trade sales background, strong CRM skills, and a hunter mindset, with comfortable negotiation and territory planning in a fast-paced market.

What You'll Bring…

• Proven track record in B2B or trade sales
• Several years experience in a sales role
• Confidence with CRM, customer profiling, and strategic territory management
• Strong written/oral communication and influencing skills
• A natural hunter mindset; one that is persistent, resilient, professional, and proactive
• Experience in a highly competitive, trade related industryKey account growth or trade network relationship skills (e.g. Capricorn)
