Aliaxis NZ, a global leader in piping and fitting solutions, seeks a Territory Manager to drive growth across Auckland (East, Central & North) and Northland. You will nurture wholesalers and end users, expand Marley product sales, and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven territory sales experience in plumbing/related trades.
• Plumbing trade background or technical product knowledge preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and deliver commercial results.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project sales experience.
• Willingness to travel across Auckland and Northland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, end users and key industry stakeholders, managing a portfolio of existing accounts and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide customers with product knowledge, technical advice, product demonstrations and ongoing support.
• Conduct regular customer visits and implement effective territory plans aligned with sales objectives.
• Use market insights and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and territory performance.
• Coordinate and participate in product launches, trade events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute promotional initiatives and market development strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, ensuring timely, seamless service across accounts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and opportunities.
