Aliaxis is seeking a motivated Territory Manager for Auckland and Northland to grow our plumbing and building portfolio. You will develop key relationships with wholesalers and end users, manage existing accounts, and uncover new business opportunities in a field-based role.

Ideal candidates have territory sales or plumbing experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in territory sales and account management.
• Background in plumbing or construction is highly regarded.
• Strong negotiation and communications skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, end users, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify new growth opportunities and drive market share in Auckland and Northland.
• Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and training to customers.
• Plan and execute territory strategies aligned with regional sales goals.
• Record opportunities and customer interactions in CRM and report milestones.
