Job summary

Aliaxis APAC in New Zealand seeks a Territory Manager for Auckland and Northland to nurture wholesalers, end users and key stakeholders, driving growth in our plumbing portfolio. This field-based role offers autonomy, relationship‑building and a strong focus on delivering commercial results across the territory.

You will travel regularly to engage customers, support product launches, and collaborate with internal teams to provide best-in-class service while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in territory sales, account management, plumbing, construction or related trade environment.
• A plumbing trade background or technical product knowledge is highly regarded, especially for transitioning into sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, end users, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide customers with product knowledge, technical advice, and product demonstrations to ensure optimal solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits and implement territory plans aligned with sales objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute promotions and market development strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and territory performance.
