Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in farm systems or agricultural sector.
• End-to-end sales experience from lead generation to close.
• Proven ability to exceed growth targets and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• On-farm and field sales meetings to assess prospects and communicate Halter's value.
• Build and manage a pipeline of quality Tasman farms, screening and qualifying leads.
• Network within the industry to raise Halter's brand and relationships.
• Forecast revenue in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
• Improve and evolve the sales process as the company scales.
