Halter is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to grow enterprise dairy and beef customers in the South Island. You will manage a portfolio of large operations, drive value from Halter technology, and build trust across farm teams and executives.

You’ll travel across the South Island, partner with the NZ Enterprise Sales Manager, and shape account plans to expand revenue while ensuring customer outcomes are realised and Halter remains at the forefront of dairy innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Enterprise Customer Success: embed Halter in large dairy/beef customers to drive value and retention.
• Strategic Account Management: build trusted relationships with farm teams and executives to unlock value.
• Executive Engagement: work with senior leaders to tailor solutions and support renewals.
• Influencer & Network Management: engage with industry influencers to shape adoption.
• Enterprise Growth Strategy: co-create account plans and drive territory expansion.
• Cross-functional Leadership: partner with product, support and sales teams.
• Forecasting & Planning: contribute to revenue forecasting and planning.
• Scalable Growth Initiatives: develop playbooks for expanding enterprise coverage.
