Job summary

Halter in New Zealand seeks a driven Account Manager to partner with the region’s top dairy farms. You will own retention, renewals and expansion of Halter’s revenue, working with farm teams to maximise value from our platform.

You’ll be supported by a ground team across the North Island and Halter’s Auckland HQ to ensure you have the tools to succeed. Your day includes onboarding and training on farms, renewing customer agreements, building trusted relationships with farmers and their teams,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in relationship or account management roles.
• Experience with dairy farming or agriculture is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Revenue retention, renewals and expansion of Halter’s existing regional revenue.
• Onboard, train and deploy the Halter system on farms.
• Renew customer agreements and drive on-farm goals and performance.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with farmers and teams.
• Provide practical farming insights and collaborate with product teams.
