Halter is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the Taranaki region. You will represent Halter on the ground, execute sales strategies, and nurture long-term customer relationships with farmers and graziers. This role requires on-site engagement and travel within the region.

You will collaborate with Product and Support teams to ensure Halter’s technology meets farming needs while pursuing ambitious growth targets and a strong customer success mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in farm systems or agricultural sector is essential.
• Leads end-to-end sales from lead to close with a hunter mindset.
• Ability to build and grow a quality farm pipeline and relationships.

Responsabilités

• Meet farm prospects on-site to identify needs and communicate Halter value.
• Build and grow a pipeline of Halter-ready farms, qualify leads, and shorten sales cycles.
• Network within the agricultural sector to strengthen Halter's brand.
• Assist forecasting with the Regional Sales Manager to plan revenue.
