Job summary

Transport Wash Systems (TWS) is the leading heavy vehicle wash systems specialist, NZ born and bred, based from their Orari office. They seek a Sales and Account Manager to own opportunities from enquiry through to solution, working directly with the CEO and wider team.

This role blends technical sales, account management, business development and after-sales support. You will travel within New Zealand and Australia when required, typically around one week in every eight, and build long-term

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management.
• Ability to travel across NZ and Australia.
• Full drivers license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales enquiries across New Zealand and Australia, following up opportunities and developing new business.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers by understanding requirements and recommending fit-for-purpose equipment and solutions.
• Discuss technical requirements including equipment specifications, pumps, flow rates and system capability.
• Prepare and communicate product, solution and pricing information.
• Stay involved after the sale to ensure customer support and identify further opportunities.
• Collaborate with the CEO and team on complex customer requirements.
• Travel within New Zealand and Australia as needed (roughly one week in eight).
