Bayleys Real Estate is seeking a technically minded Technical Operations Executive to support our nationwide network of MRI PropertySuite, VaultRE and related business systems. You will manage technical queries, configure user access, and develop training materials to help our team leverage technology effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience with PropertySuite, VaultRE or similar CRM, property management or enterprise business systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Experience creating training materials, documentation and user guides.
• A process-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Interest in AI, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• A customer-focused mindset and passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Managing the BRG TechOps Helpdesk and resolving technical queries across MRI applications
• Supporting PropertySuite and VaultRE user setup, configuration, permissions and access management
• Troubleshooting issues and escalating complex matters to MRI with clear and detailed documentation
• Monitoring the Super User Teams channel and communicating network-wide system updates
• Testing new functionality, enhancements and releases before implementation
• Assisting with Super User training and developing user guides, Tips & Tricks content and training materials
• Maintaining CRM pricing and marketing toolkit information
• Monitoring listing dashboards and proactively resolving feed issues
• Producing reports for key stakeholders and supporting monthly digital billing processes
• Providing backup support to franchises when local Super Users are unavailable
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI and emerging technologies

Bayleys is looking for a Technical Operations Executive to support our national network of users across MRI PropertySuite, VaultRE and associated business systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded problem-solver who enjoys helping others, improving processes, and finding smarter ways of working.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our franchise network, managing technical queries, maintaining system configurations, delivering training resources, and ensuring our people get the most from the technology that drives our business.

This role sits at the heart of our operations, working closely with Super Users, franchise teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional support and continuous improvement across the Bayleys network.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For
