Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day admin support, AML processing, and team coordination.
  • Prepare agency, sale and purchase, auction, and tender documentation.
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, CRM, and reporting.
  • Prepare submissions, presentations, vendor reports, and pre-listing documentation.
  • Support marketing campaigns: brochures, newsletters, social media, web ads, and EDMs.
  • Coordinate photography, signage, print advertising, web portals, and marketing collateral.
  • Assist with auction preparation, meeting coordination, and office processes.
  • Liaise with agents, solicitors, clients, and external suppliers.
  • Assist with campaign budgets, invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Provide general administration support to the wider team.
