Job summary

Echo is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, helping them adopt and maximize Echo’s platform. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve technical challenges and drive long-term customer success.

You will own the customer relationship from onboarding through ongoing adoption, guide implementation, and coordinate across teams to resolve issues while identifying risks and opportunities to add value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customers from onboarding through ongoing adoption and expansion.
• Guide customers through implementation, integration, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Engineering and Product to drive resolution.
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to increase customer value.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable insights.
• Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders and key decision-makers.
