Job summary

Wiz in New Zealand is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to drive customer adoption and operational success of the Wiz platform. You will provide strategic and hands-on guidance from onboarding to operationalization, acting as the bridge between customers and the Wiz team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP-level certifications.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices for Wiz.
Serve as the primary Wiz liaison for technical questions or escalations.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders from practitioners to C-level.
Help customers develop Success Plans with KPIs and guide achievement of objectives.
Measure and report on KPI achievement to internal and external stakeholders.
Advocate for customer needs across departments and inform on Wiz feature availability.
Identify opportunities to expand Wiz usage within the customer's organization.
