Job summary

Wiz is hiring a Technical Account Manager to guide customers from onboarding to operationalisation, helping them adopt the Wiz platform and optimize security across cloud and AI apps. You will coordinate with Product, Sales, Engineering and Support, build executive relationships, and drive adoption, retention and satisfaction through strategic Success Plans and KPI tracking.

This role requires at least 4 years in technical customer-facing roles, a CS/Engineering degree or equivalent, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP-level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their associated security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert deployment guidance and operational best practices.
• Serve as the primary Wiz liaison for technical questions or escalations.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders from practitioners to C-level.
• Help customers develop Success Plans with KPIs and guide achievement of objectives.
• Measure customers’ KPI achievement and report insights internally and externally.
• Advocate for customer needs across departments and highlight availability of newer Wiz features.
• Identify opportunities to expand Wiz usage across the customer’s organization.
