Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a results‑driven sales professional in Wellington for a full‑time, Monday–Friday role with a hybrid working arrangement. The position involves regular travel to client sites across the Lower North Island, plus monthly travel to the Nelson/Marlborough region.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology sales, MSPs, and education (schools).
• Technical understanding of managed services, networks and/or security solutions.
• NZ citizenship or permanent residency and a NZ driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support growth.
• Serve as the liaison between clients and New Era Technology to ensure high service standards.
• Drive revenue through ongoing sales of equipment, services, and infrastructure solutions.
• Prospect new clients leveraging our network and national events.
• Represent New Era at trade shows, events, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and client data in ConnectWise; forecast pipeline.
