Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Auckland to deliver expert hardware and software support for enterprise systems. You will own escalated incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with product and service teams while contributing to a safer, more inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in onsite support, service desk, technical support, or similar IT support role.
• Strong understanding of hardware support, PC support, troubleshooting, operating systems, enterprise technologies, and customer service.
• IT degree desirable, industry certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, infrastructure, and enterprise platform issues while managing escalated incidents and requests.
• Install, configure, maintain, and optimise operating systems, enterprise platforms, user environments, devices, and system services while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and service partners.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
