Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking an Account Executive in New Zealand to drive growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts. The role requires 3-5 years of AV/UC experience and strong sales and relationship skills.

The position is hybrid, based mainly in our Newmarket office with client-site visits. You will engage in solution presentations, CRM management, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience with audio-visual, unified communications, and video signal management.
• MS Teams and AV Certifications.
• Established skill set in solution and relationship sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, identifying needs and recommending tailored technology solutions.
• Drive new business through proactive engagement, proposal development, and solution presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing across GVC, AV, and unified communications.
• Maintain high service standards for existing accounts, acting as primary contact and escalation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, conduct product demos, and deliver client training.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales, and participate in ongoing training and certification.
