Job summary

Colliers in Wellington is seeking a proactive Team Assistant to support the Occupier Services team. You’ll help keep the team connected, organized, and set up for success with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordinated travel and meetings.

You will contribute to team culture, onboarding, and maintaining records while handling office operations and supplier relationships to ensure an efficient workplace. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

The Value You'll Add

As our Team Assistant, you'll help keep our team running smoothly by:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Occupier Services team across multiple locations.
  • Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, calendars, and team communications.
  • Supporting the delivery of team events, initiatives, and workplace culture activities.
  • Assisting with onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining team records and registers.
  • Managing office administration, supplier relationships, and operational processes to ensure an efficient workplace.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver exceptional support to internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service, reception, or a similar support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative and learn new systems.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new technology platforms
