• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in an administrative position.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for clinic appointments and surgery at Tauranga or Whakatāne Hospital in line with MOH requirements.
• Provide administration support to the Surgical Scheduling Team.
• Collaborate with Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty across multiple stakeholders.
