An exciting secondment opportunity is available for a current employee and exceptional administrator to join the Medical Scheduling Team, based at Tauranga Hospital.The main purpose of this position is to schedule patients appropriately for procedures at Tauranga Hospital in line with the Ministry of Health requirements.
To be successful in this position you will have the ability to work to a high level and provide excellent customer service. You will be a strong communicator both in verbal and written communication while having well developed interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in an administrative position. You will have comprehensive knowledge of patient information systems and have a high level of detail and organisational skills.
