Job summary

Life Homes is a boutique provider creating flatting lifestyle and homes for young adults with an intellectual disability in New Zealand. We offer casual and part-time roles with potential to increase hours.

Join our team and help residents with personal cares, model and teach household tasks, support goal achievement, and access vocational opportunities. A caring, empathetic approach and integrity are essential; no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• A strong desire to positively enhance the lives of young adults with an intellectual disability.
• A commitment to supporting individual needs, skills, abilities and goals.
• Personal characteristics of integrity, empathy and models Christian values.
• Previous experience is not necessary.

Life Homes has both casual and part-time positions available - with the opportunity to increase hours going forward.
