Job summary

Royal District Nursing Services (RDNS NZ) is seeking caring, reliable Support Workers to join our Living My Life team, supporting a young person living in their own home. You will empower independence, participate in the community, and provide person-centered support, including non-verbal communication.

No prior experience is required. We are looking for people with the right attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Royal District Nursing Services (RDNS NZ) is seeking caring, reliable, and positive Support Workers to join our Living My Life team, supporting a young person living in their own home.

This role is all about empowering someone to live independently, participate in their community, enjoy meaningful activities, and achieve their personal goals. You'll be supporting a person who uses a wheelchair and communicates non-verbally, helping them live life to the fullest through connection, encouragement, and person-centred support.

No prior experience is required. We are looking for people with the right attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for helping others.

  • Experience in disability support is beneficial but not essential
  • Full Driver Licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous
