Job summary

New Zealand Health Group in Waikanae, North Island, is seeking a part-time Support Worker to assist people in their homes and communities. You will help clients lead meaningful lives by joining activities they enjoy, such as swimming, sports events, arts and crafts, movies, or shopping. We value empathy, respect, and initiative.

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, including experience working with youth.

You will support people in their home and community to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives to achieve their personal dreams and goals by doing the things they want to do such as going swimming, attending sporting events, arts and crafts, movies, or shopping - the list is endless!

This is a part time role starting at 5 to 10 hours of work per week with the opportunity to increase these hours over time.
