We are currently looking for Support Workers in Orewa and Warkworth.

There are a variety of employment options available for the right candidates, including full-time, part-time and casual positions.

Qualifications and experience:

The ideal candiate has:

A strong desire to positvely enhance the lives of adults with an intellectual disability

A commitment to supporting individual needs, skills, abilities and goals

Personal characteristics of integrity, empathy and models Christian values

Previous experience is not necessary

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Provide support by:

Assisting with personal cares

Driving to activities, clubs, sports, jobs etc

Teaching and completing household tasks

Achieving personal goals

Facilitating job opportunities

Engaging with the community

Working one-on-one with Residents enabling them to fulfil their personal goals

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to study for free completing a Certificate in Health and Well-being.
