Job summary

Auckland University of Technology (AUT) is seeking a Student Advisor to join the North Campus Student Hub within the Student Services & Administration division. This one-year fixed-term, full-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive student support using a case-management approach across phones, email, in-person and online channels.

As part of AUT, you’ll support students to achieve academic and personal goals, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to equity and inclusion

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline such as social work, psychology, youth development, health sciences.
Experience in tertiary education, community support or customer service.
Passion for supporting student success and delivering high-quality, professional service.
Understanding of advisory support delivered via a case-management model.
Commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive student support using a case-management approach.
Support the student journey across enrolment, wellbeing, and administration.
Provide multi-channel support via phone, email, in-person and online.
