Job summary

The University of Auckland’s City Campus Student Hub is seeking 9 motivated advisers to join the rōpū, delivering advisory services and guiding students through their journey with empathy and team spirit.

The roles are full-time, 37.5 hours per week, fixed-term until 31 March 2028, with a start date in October 2026. Peak periods around semester starts and flexible hours with hybrid options.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 advisory services to students, guiding them through their journey.
• Navigate University systems, spaces and processes to support students.
• Explain study options and provide enrolment support.
• Collaborate with Library & Student IT services and other campus resources.
