Job summary

Auckland University of Technology (AUT) invites applications for a full-time ICT Support role across three Auckland campuses. You will provide first-class student ICT assistance, handle a high level of face-to-face client contact, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.

The role requires strong English, customer service experience, and flexibility to rostered shifts between 8am and 11pm, Monday to Saturday. Immediate start with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office software in Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Clear and concise written and spoken communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think through issues.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work based on demand.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICT support to students across AUT's three campuses.
• Deliver first-class customer service and accurate computer assistance.
• Face-to-face client contact with diverse student populations.
• Work in rostered shifts between 8:00 and 23:00, Monday to Saturday.
