Auckland University of Technology (AUT) is seeking a Student Advisor to join the North Campus Student Hub within the Student Services & Administration division. This one-year fixed-term, full-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive student support using a case-management approach across phones, email, in-person and online channels.

As part of AUT, you’ll support students to achieve academic and personal goals, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to equity and inclusion

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline such as social work, psychology, youth development, health sciences.
• Experience in tertiary education, community support or customer service.
• Passion for supporting student success and delivering high-quality, professional service.
• Understanding of advisory support delivered via a case-management model.

An exciting opportunity for a Student Advisor has become available in the Student Hub, North Campus, Student Services & Administration division.

For this role, we are looking for an individual who can deliver comprehensive support using a case management approach. Our Student Advisors cover a broad range of student services, from assistance with student administration matters through to wellbeing support, enabling students to achieve their academic and personal goals. The Student Hub's services are delivered across multiple channels; phones, email, in‑person and online.
