Auckland University of Technology (AUT) is seeking a talented professional to lead Student Services and Administration, supporting the rainbow student community and collaborating with stakeholders to enable student success.

You will drive continuous improvement, advocate equity and inclusion, and build strong relationships across the university and with external partners. This is a permanent, full-time role based at AUT's City Campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management delivery and providing wellbeing support.
• Ability to develop tactics to support cohorts within integrated pastoral care, with emphasis on rainbow students and diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of contemporary issues facing students and commitment to rainbow community.
• Strong leadership in delivering professional services with a customer-care culture.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership across Student Services and Administration and the wider University.
• Build strong internal and external relationships and represent AUT with external stakeholders.
• Ensure the rainbow student community is supported and enabled to achieve success.
• Drive practical improvements across campuses and contribute to institutional effectiveness.
