Auckland University of Technology (AUT) is bold and unapologetically different, centred on students and grounded in Knowledge that Works driven by talented, progressive people. We are NewZealand’s newest university, ranked 5-stars by QS Universities 2025 and a place of opportunity where more than 26,000 students with talent and potential succeed, supported by a community of more than 4,000 staff based primarily across three Auckland campuses. Built on collaboration, shared purpose and the values of Pono (fact, truth, reality, integrity), Tika (acting accordingly, doing what is needed, ethical expression), and Aroha (empathy, care, compassion). AUT offers an innovative, forward-thinking environment where committed people work together to improve outcomes for students, communities, and the world.

Our community is stronger because of the role Te Tiriti plays in how we operate, and because Māori and Pacific knowledge, leadership and contribution are central to who we are. We embrace diversity in all its forms and are proud to welcome people of all ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, religious and political beliefs, socio-economic situations and accessibility needs.

AUT’s award-winning Student Services and Administration directorate is dedicated to delivering exceptional student-centred experiences across the entire learner journey, from enrolment through to graduation and beyond. Bringing together high-impact services in student administration, wellbeing and support, governance, systems, and operational delivery, the directorate works collaboratively with academic and professional teams to enable student success and institutional effectiveness. It offers professionals the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a large, diverse university environment - combining purpose-led work, continuous improvement, and a strong focus on equity, service excellence and positive outcomes for students and staff.

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team supporting students along their academic journey. If you are an insightful and collaborative professional who is passionate about the well‑being and success of young people, we want to talk to you!

The Student Feedback & Conduct Advisor manages our feedback channels and response process for students and other stakeholders. It supports continuous improvement of the student experience and administration for the Support to Study Code, with attendance at case reviews and panel meetings, ensuring students have a positive and academically successful experience at AUT.
