Auckland University of Technology (AUT) is a young university with a strong focus on research-led teaching and an innovative, student-centric academic environment. This permanent, full-time Programme Administrator role supports FHES programmes and works with a team across AUT’s South and North Campuses.

You will coordinate administrative systems, manage key platforms, and respond to student and staff queries, contributing to process improvements and the Te Aronui Te Tiriti framework through

Formación

• Experience in a tertiary or similarly complex environment.
• Strong customer service ethos with excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.
• Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
• Confident capability with Office 365, Canvas and Arion (or similar student management systems).
• Sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds, with a commitment to mana-enhancing practice.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating administrative systems to support academic staff with efficient, consistent programme administration.
• Managing key systems and ensuring accurate information across platforms.
• Handling student and staff queries and escalating support needs appropriately.
• Providing proactive, student-centred programme support and guidance in collaboration with other professional staff and managers in the Academic Office.
• Contributing to process improvements and best-practice programme administration via explorations with colleagues and technology, including AI.
