Based primarily at South Campus (preferred) or North Campus, the Programme Administrator will support FHES programmes with central administration and mana-enhancing guidance to ākonga and staff.

• Experience in a tertiary or similarly complex environment.
• Strong customer service ethos with clear communication.
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate administrative systems to support academic staff.
• Manage key systems and ensure accurate information across platforms.
• Handle student and staff queries and escalate as needed.
• Provide proactive, student-centred programme support with Academic Office staff.
• Contribute to process improvements and best-practice administration, including AI.
