We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Support & Projects Coordinator to join our Operations Support team within the Faculty of Health and Environmental Sciences.
Reporting to the Manager – Operations Support, this role provides a blend of project coordination, executive support and operational administration for the Faculty Leadership Team. You will support the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives, coordinate faculty and school events and projects, and ensure the smooth delivery of a wide range of operational activities.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with senior leaders, professional and academic staff, central AUT teams and external partners and suppliers to help achieve faculty objectives and deliver meaningful outcomes.
