Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures or Materials.
• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng.) registration with ECSA is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed condition assessments and structural integrity evaluations of existing infrastructure.
• Develop repair strategies, strengthening designs, and upgrade plans for aging structures.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and cost estimates for rehabilitation projects.
• Supervise field investigations and rehabilitation works to ensure quality and compliance.
• Liaise with clients, asset owners, and regulatory authorities on rehabilitation strategies.
• Research and apply advanced materials and techniques for structural repair and retrofitting.
