Job summary

Archway Recruitment in Queenstown, New Zealand, is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 8+ years’ NZ design experience in land development and infrastructure projects to join a respected consultancy.

You will deliver civil infrastructure design for residential, industrial and commercial developments, conduct site inspections, prepare documentation, and liaise with clients and contractors to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 8+ years’ relevant experience in NZ working on land development and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D for modelling and design work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil infrastructure design for residential, commercial, and public sector developments.
• Undertake site inspections and provide technical oversight during construction phases.
• Prepare design documentation, specifications, and reports in line with industry standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
