Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and plan road networks including geometric and pavement design.
• Conduct traffic studies, capacity analysis and safety assessments.
• Prepare design reports, drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Oversee construction and rehabilitation of roads with quality control.
