Job summary

Wesco Anixter NZ is seeking an Internal Account Manager to support and grow an assigned portfolio of customers in security solutions. Based in Auckland, you will blend internal account management with sales support to drive growth and ensure exceptional service.

You will work with customers, suppliers and internal teams to identify opportunities, manage the CRM pipeline, and deliver product demonstrations and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service, internal sales, or account management environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn products, systems, and customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts with focus on service and support.
• Achieve sales and gross profit targets within existing accounts.
• Provide timely customer support and coordinate with External Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities & pipeline.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors and internal teams for product demos/training.
• Process orders and enquiries while maintaining reseller relationships.
• Monitor market trends and assist with product lifecycle management.
• Attend customer events and training to drive opportunities.
