Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise security and technology solutions.
• Experience in a technical sales, solution design, systems engineering, or technical support environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with customers, sales teams, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and solution design guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with enterprise customers, consultants, government agencies, and integrators to understand business requirements and recommend solutions.
• Support account teams to identify opportunities, assist meetings, and develop enterprise solution opportunities.
• Assist with solution design, project planning, risk considerations, and technical recommendations throughout projects.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept testing for customers.
