Job summary

Wesco Anixter New Zealand is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Specialist to provide advanced technical expertise across enterprise security and technology solutions, supporting customers, consultants, and internal teams in Wellington.

In this role you will work closely with Account Managers to design solutions, guide deployments, and help win major projects, while delivering product demonstrations and training.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise security and technology solutions.
• Experience in technical sales, solution design, systems engineering, or technical support.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers, sales teams, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support, solution design guidance, system configuration advice, and troubleshooting to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with enterprise customers, consultants, government agencies, and integrators to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
• Work with Account Managers to identify opportunities, support customer meetings, and help develop enterprise solution opportunities.
• Assist with solution design, project planning, risk considerations, and technical recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept testing, and solution evaluations for customers and end users.
• Support tender responses, technical submissions, and project communications with customers and partners.
• Deliver training, workshops, and technical guidance to customers, consultants, end users, and internal teams.
• Attend industry events to maintain market awareness and promote enterprise solutions.
• Assist in maintaining and developing the local experience centre to showcase solutions.
