Hunter Campbell is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead group-level planning, forecasting and performance reporting in a fast-paced NZ consumer goods environment. You will partner with key stakeholders, manage group overheads and drive insightful commercial decision-making.

This standalone role requires strong financial modelling, advanced PowerPoint capabilities and a proven track record in FP&A. A CA/CPA qualification and FMCG experience are highly regarded.

Formación

• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent; CA/CPA highly regarded.
• 7+ years in management accounting or FP&A.
• Advanced financial modelling and forecasting capability.
• Advanced PowerPoint, with experience building reporting packs.
• Outstanding business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Confident communicator who engages proactively across the business.
• Highly organised, agile and comfortable switching between priorities.
• FMCG background highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Lead group-level planning, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Partner stakeholders and manage group overhead costs.
• Provide insight that shapes commercial decisions.
• Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting cycles.
• Oversee group consolidation for planning across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Deliver monthly reporting packs, variance analysis and executive commentary.
• Build financial models, scenario plans and business cases.
• Improve FP&A processes, controls and systems.
