Job summary

Tribe Group in Auckland is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst to join our NZ team. This high-impact Commercial Finance role partners closely with senior stakeholders to drive data-led decision making across Sales and Finance.

You'll be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, S&OP inputs, analysing pricing, promotions, margins and ROI, and translating data into actionable recommendations to support profitable growth.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification required or equivalent
• Experience in FMCG environment essential
• Strong commercial acumen across pricing, promotions, margins, forecasting and performance analysis
• Proven ability to partner with and influence senior non-finance stakeholders
• Confident turning complex data into clear commercial recommendations
• Comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leaders to provide actionable commercial insights

With an ambitious growth agenda and an increasing focus on commercial insight and data-led decision-making, the business is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Analyst to join its New Zealand team.

This is a high-impact Commercial Finance role partnering closely with senior stakeholders.

Sitting at the intersection of Finance and Sales, you’ll go beyond reporting the numbers, providing insight, challenging thinking and helping shape commercial decisions that drive performance

What You’ll Be Doing
