Job summary

QJumpers Recruitment Services in Auckland CBD is seeking a commercially astute finance leader to partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to drive profitable growth and high-quality decision making. You will lead FP&A, product costing, budgeting and board reporting across markets.

You’ll operate at senior leadership level, deliver clear performance insights, and shape strategy through data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting; CA (or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial finance and business partnering.
• Strong background leading FP&A processes.
• Experience within an export-driven manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Ability to operate effectively at a senior leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to drive profitable growth and support key business decisions.
• Lead core commercial finance activities including product costing, reporting, margin analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide insights on pricing, performance, and financial drivers.
• Own month-end reporting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
• Deliver board-level reporting and clear, actionable insights.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models and support strategic decision-making.
• Improve processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency.
• Build strong relationships and foster a high-performance culture.
