Job summary

Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers in Auckland seeks a senior FP&A leader to drive planning, forecasting, and insight. You will partner with the CFO and leaders to explain drivers and translate findings into practical recommendations.

You will own annual plans, forecasts, and long-term financial planning, and produce board-ready reporting. Strong commercial judgement and experience across profit and cash, with CA or equivalent, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Substantial FP&A or commercial finance leadership in a large, complex business.
• Experience with planning and forecasting at scale and reporting to executives.
• CA or equivalent qualification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual plan, regular forecasts and longer-term financial planning.
• Bring together financial performance, cash flow, risks and opportunities into a clear group view.
• Prepare reporting and recommendations for leadership and Board.
• Work with senior leaders on growth plans, scenarios and commercial decisions.
• Improve planning and reporting processes as the business grows.
