Job summary

Talent Connection NZ Limited is seeking an interim CEO to lead a New Zealand technology, data and customer communications service provider for a six-month term. The role reports to the Board and owns commercial and operational performance.

The successful candidate will bring senior leadership experience, manage P&L and navigate regulated environments, while engaging senior stakeholders across multiple functions to drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience across commercial, operational and technology-enabled environments.
• Proven ability to manage finance, operations, and people functions simultaneously.
• Experience with governance, risk, privacy and business continuity considerations.

Responsibilities

• Take a hands-on approach to day-to-day commercial and operational performance.
• Provide leadership across people, finance, operations, technology, risk and governance.
• Work with the Board to resolve issues and maintain overall business performance.
• Oversee financial performance, sales strategy, and key commercial opportunities.
• Chair committees and ensure governance and accountability.
